I didn't mind the lack of incentive for exploration, since once you finish the game you've basically explored everything already, so artificially increasing playtime with useless exploration isn't really all that great of a concept, and to be honest, does anyone really play Inazuma for the exploration?Īs for being incentivised to use other players, I don't really think that's a very common thought process, unfortunately. It gets even worse when you need to recruit one player in order to recruit another, since it doubles the grind. I prefer being able to get my players quickly so I can use them as much as possible, having to grind out an incredibly rare item for hours is just not appealing to me. I remember having to play against the same team about 15 times just to get a single palpack item which just gets mind-numbingly tedious. Inazuma Eleven 3 was even worse, you had to grind boring battles for coins without any guarantee to get them and when you get them it's pure chance if you get the player you want, at that point it isn't fun to get any new characters and with that the incredible amounts of content the game has is ruined even though I want to play all of those many competition routes it's just not fun to do when you can't build up your own team This is way better than how they did it in Inazuma Eleven 1 and 2, there you would just mindlessly grind against the same team for friend points then just type in a name and get the player which didn't feel rewarding at all, in Inazuma Eleven 1 it was even worse since you also had to wait before your search got processed, that combined with a lack of content made it nearly impossible to get a lot of new players during the story and since there were only 2 competiton routes there also wasn't any reason to go scouting after beating Zeus After Fifth Sector's servers are hacked, Endou Mamoru returns as a coach, and the team begins to resist Fifth Sector, eventually meeting with a larger underground movement.I have to disagree about the palpack system being bad, it actually gives you a reason to explore the world and use characters who you usually wouldn't even have given a second thought and play against many different teams Big Thanks to JadeX92 for linking my games.
